MPS automatic toilets are designed to operate alone, without regular servicing or periodic technical monitoring. However, as with any technical equipment, they may malfunction. This is why MPS has a team specially dedicated to the rapid resolution of any problems, consisting of a department manager, two assistants and mobile technicians covering the whole of France.
